Viewing the Display on a Television in Windows 98 or Windows 2000

Back to Solo 9550 Hardware details

  1. Start the computer connected to a TV.

  2. From the Start menu, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.

  3. In Control Panel, double-click the Display icon.

  4. In the Display Properties dialog box, click the Settings tab.

  5. On the Settings tab, click Advanced.

  6. In the next dialog box, click the TwinView tab.

  7. On the TwinView tab, click Output Device. In the drop-down list, click Select Output Device.

  8. In the Select Output Device dialog box, select TV, and then click OK.

  9. Click OK to close all active windows and dialog boxes.

Note: If you want to have display on both the TV and the LCD, select Clone on the TwinView tab. For best viewing, it is recommended that you set the screen area to 640 × 480 pixels.
