Although component vendors offer additional drivers on their Web sites, Gateway neither warrants installation nor supports drivers outside the Gateway site. Gateway tests, certifies and provides drivers for multiple operating systems only when the vendor makes them available to Gateway for certification.

Note: This is a firmware update for the Gateway MP3 Photo Jukebox. If you have a Gateway MP3 Photo Jukebox, install this firmware update for your player. Please copy the music and photos from your Gateway MP3 Photo Jukebox to your computer’s hard drive, as this update reformats and removes all content from your jukebox, including all music and photos. This update requires two steps. First, download the firmware to your computer. After downloading this file, you then install the firmware on your Gateway MP3 Photo Jukebox. Please read the information in the "How to Download" and "How to Install" sections prior to beginning this update. The download may take a few minutes to complete.
