Invoice Reprints
You may request an invoice reprint at any time within 12 months of your purchase by completing the form below. Requests made past 12 months will require a charge of $15 per invoice reprint and can only be processed for insurance, tax audits and validation of warranty.

You can request to cancel your order via e-mail if it has not entered into our shipment process. Please provide your order number and customer ID, which are listed in the Gateway order confirmation e-mail you received.

Returns
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase,you may return your Gateway product or cancel unused services within 15 days of purchase. You may return your E-Series desktops and server products within 30 days or purchase.

Refunds & Credits
If you are expecting a refund for returned merchandise, allow time for shipping, inspection, and up to seven additional business days to process your refund. Credits from your permanently returned merchandise will be refunded to the original form of payment.
