The Gateway Mobile Access Portable Support Kit provides one-stop support for your portable 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In addition to priority tech support, Mobile Access offers software support, , including tutorial assistance, and online data backup which allows you store and access files remotely via the Internet. If phone support isn't enough, you can bring your portable to over 280 conveniently located Country Service Centers for immediate service.

Gateway also offers two upgraded Mobile Access services that may be purchased alone or as part of a comprehensive support package. Our Critical Loaner Service means that you'll never be without a portable, even if yours is in the shop, while Accidental Damage Protection safeguards your system against accidental damage, power surges, and natural disasters1. With Gateway Mobile Access, you can be reassured that the support you need is available anytime, anywhere.

You can add this service to your new Gateway portable purchase and extend it to any Gateway portable you may already have. The Mobile Access Portable Support Kit starts at $199* per year. Purchased alone, Accidental Damage Protection is available for $119* per year and Critical Loaner Service is available for $79*.
