Sharing Server Resources
A server is, by definition, a system that can share its resources with other computers on the network. All Windows 2000 systems can function as servers, no matter which version of the operating system they are running. In order to make folders and printers available to other systems on the network you must first create shares out of them, so that they are visible to network users. The following tutorials cover the procedures for creating shares and setting permissions so that users can access them.
