Installing a Floppy Drive
Replacing a floppy drive is relatively easy. You take out the old drive by first taking off the ribbon cables and power cables, unscrewing the drive, and sliding it out. Then you put the new one back in place, reconnect the cables, and screw it in. If you're adding a second floppy drive, you'll have to use a second set of ribbon cables and power cables, and you'll have to go into your system's CMOS screen and tell it to recognize the new drive.
