Video Input Devices
Video input devices either capture analog video and convert it to digital video that is usable by the computer, or input digital video and store it directly to the hard drive for further editing and other types of processing. Users must decide which technologies will provide the hard drive date transfer rates necessary to read and write one or more streams of video at the desired data rates.
