Setting Up Programs
If you upgrade to a new version of a program or get new programs, you need to install them on your computer. Most programs have an automated installation program that does the following: copies the program file to your hard drive, sets up folders for the program files, adds a program folder and icon to the Start menu. In addition to installing programs, you can uninstall them, add Windows components, and more.
