Using AD Users and Computers
The Active Directory Users and Computers console is a Microsoft Management Console plug-in (called Dsa.msc) that functions as Windows 2000's primary account maintenance tool. You use the console to build your Active Directory tree structure by creating Organizational Unit objects and populating them with Users, Groups, Computers, and other objects. Through this same interface, you can also specify who has permission to work on specific parts of the tree and create group policies for AD objects.
