This database is used to store web pages when you visit them. That way, if necessary, you can view the web sites offline. You can also use other features in the Personal Web Navigator called Web Ahead and Page Minder. Web Ahead collects Web pages from links that are on pages one more levels down from the page you visit. Page Minder checks specific Web pages for changes for you.
