Agents are definitely helpful for completing repetitive tasks, whether it's simple or complex. Agents can be used to reply and forward mail; sending, copying and deleting documents, just to name a few. You can also schedule agents to run manually, or based on a particular schedule, or when an event occurs (such as receiving an e-mail).
