Changing User Preferences
Lotus Notes gives its users options to change a number of settings that effect your workspace and how you function in Notes. Some of the changes include page colors; fonts; when the trash is emptied, etc. You can also make modifications to the SmartIcons, including where you want the SmartIcons to be positioned in Lotus Notes. You can even create your own set of SmartIcons; edit an icon and change the icon size.
