Chatting With ICQ
While ICQ can do a lot of things, it's best known as a program that lets people chat online. Here, we'll look at how you can get the most out of ICQ's chat features while maximizing your own enjoyment of the program. We'll also look at the different way of chatting: random chatting, via contact lists, and the Chat Request page. (Chat Rooms, another method, will be covered in a later section.) Chat invitations, multiple party chats, and chat decorum will all be covered.
