Troubleshooting Shutdown/Startup: 2
Startup and Shutdown for Windows 95/98 is meant to be pretty automatic. Poorly behaved hardware drivers, less than wonderful software, and actual hardware problems can interrupt this ease. Learn to address these problems in this series.
