Troubleshooting Scanners
Scanners allow computer owners to capture a digital image of physical items, such as book covers, documents, and photos that aren't available in digital form. Most scanners allow you to capture images at resolutions of up to 600dpi (dots per inch), which is sufficient for most amateur users. Professional graphic artists who demand higher resolution images, such as 1200dpi, can easily find scanners to accommodate their needs.
