Dial-Up Networking (DUN) is a component of Windows, which allows your laptop to use your modem to connect to a remote network. Remote networks include the Internet, Microsoft Windows NT Domains, and NetWare Servers among others. This series will examine the components and processes required for your laptop to participate in DUN.
