Tutorial Home > Software > Publishing > Adobe Framemaker 5.0 Advanced Projects > Tracking Changes in a Document Tracking Changes in a Document Change bars are an effective way to show where changes have been made in a document. You can point out to your readers the new information added since the last release of your document. FrameMaker allows you to define the format and location of your change bars. In addition, you can insert manual and/or automatic change bars. If you decide you no longer want to use change bars or you want to start a new set of change bars in a document, you can remove all the existing change bars in a document very quickly.
