Creating Notes and Handouts
Create notes pages while you're creating your presentation then use them as speaker notes when you give a slide show. Create handouts of slides for the audience. In addition, send your notes and slide images to MS Word and use MS Word features to enhance their appearance. Or send them to Word to become the starting point for a more detailed handout, like a training manual.
