Creating a Project Outline
A project outline creates a hierarchy among your tasks. If your tasks can be grouped conceptually so that a summary task can be created and followed by related lower-level tasks, an outline may help you to structure your project file more effectively. By turning your task list into an outline, you also give yourself the ability to expand and collapse sections of the task list, enabling you to focus on specific areas of the project to the exclusion of distracting tasks.
