Working with the Calendar
If you currently use a paper planner to track your appointments, you can do better. Outlook includes a Calendar that stores all your daily events electronically. It can print agendas, remind you of upcoming appointments, coordinate with others' calendars and, if you wish, publish a copy of your calendar to the web.
