Using AutoText and Bookmarks
AutoText is an extremely powerful and often under-used feature in Word. It allows you to insert text, graphics or just about any Word element into a document from the AutoText menu or by assigning key commands. Bookmarks are also extremely versatile tools. You can use them to mark a particular page, but you can also use them in much more sophisticated ways such as to define intra-document hyperlinks, define page references or reference fields.
