Changing Paragraph Formatting
Paragraph formatting commands can be used to improve the appearance of paragraphs on the document page. Unlike character formatting that affects only the appearance of text characters, paragraph formatting affects as many blocks of text as you designate, whether it's a single paragraph or the entire document.
