Using Macros and Templates
With macros in ViaVoice, you will have the power to automate tasks that you repeat often. Do you dictate common text into different documents? Now you can create a macro that will insert the common text with just one voice command. Maybe you like to format text with your favorite font type and size. Save the keystokes and store them in a macro. Then the next time you want to format text, just say a command and it will be done.
