Searching For Files
The ability to locate documents on a network is the primary reason why people like working with document management systems. All documents are organized when users create profiles. Then, users can locate documents through various searching methods in iManage. These methods include using the Worklist; locating the document by its document number; searching by profile fields; using Wildcards within their searches; creating and using combination searches, and using full-text search features.
