Creating and Using Forms
Access forms are database objects that simplify data entry because all the fields for one record are displayed on one screen. The data being viewed is the same data that is saved in the table; forms are just a different way of viewing, entering, and editing that data. Forms are not only easy to use, but they are easy to create.
