Animating Layers in Dreamweaver
The ability to create moving, changing objects is one of the great improvements in HTML 4.0 and the support of the Document Object Model in Web browsers. The problem is, not all browsers support these effects in the same way. As you will see in this series, Dreamweaver includes a variety of Layer animation effects that are only supported in Internet Explorer 4.x and newer browsers. These animations should be supported in Netscape Navigator 6, although they haven't been thoroughly tested yet.
