Using Message Boards
ICQ Message Boards are places for ICQ members to post messages, much like the ones you've probably seen at work. Comprised of a wide array of various discussion topics and messages, the Message Board is actually a collection of different message boards grouped under different headings. What follows is some basic information on how to read messages, participate in discussions, subscribing to discussions, and starting your own discussions as you go along.
