Store Objects in Libraries
InDesign provides a special kind of file - called a library - to store groups and objects that you use repeatedly. Libraries display as palettes and show thumbnail images or the names of the objects inside them. You can reuse library objects as many times as you need to, and you can easily add, sort, search, and remove objects within a library. InDesign lets you create and open multiple libraries.
