Symbols in Flash
As noted before, one of the reasons Flash produces small files is that it uses libraries. That is, you create a symbol once, store it in the library, and then just call it up every time you use it. Everything you create in Flash - shapes, text, lines, buttons - should be stored as a symbol. In this series, we'll learn how to do that.
