Work with Color
InDesign lets you work with many types of colors, including RGB for viewing on-screen, CMYK for professional printing, and Pantone for spot colors. When you install the software, cyan, magenta, yellow, and black are there and ready for use. You need to "create" other colors in the Swatches pane or the Colors pane. You can then apply colors to text, frame backgrounds lines, and strokes.
