Create/Modify Character Styles
If you find that the character styles provided in the FrameMaker or other pre-defined templates accessible to you are not sufficient for your needs, you can use FrameMaker's Character Designer to create your own styles or modify existing styles, or even globally replace a style throughout a document. In addition, FrameMaker makes it possible to import one or more character styles from one file to another with just a few simple steps.
