This series addresses the steps from creating a sales or service quote, printing the quote, entering a sales order, converting a quote, entering a credit memo, and printing a sale order. Peachtree does not post quotes to the General Ledger. After the quote is converted to an invoice or sales order, it can be posted to the General Ledger. Note: if you convert the quote to a sales order, you still need to invoice the customer to post the invoice.
