  Step 1:  Using Password Manager

Open a Report
The Password Manager allows you to store usernames and passwords you enter when logging into a Web site. You can choose to have the Password Manager remember specific passwords by selecting Yes, Never for this Site, or No.
  Step 2:  Activating Password Manager

Open a Report
To turn on the Password Manager, select Edit>Preferences, then Privacy & Security, then Web Passwords.
  Step 3:  Uncheck Remember Passwords

Open a Report
In the Password Manager section, check or uncheck the "Remember Passwords for sites that require me to login" box.
