  Step 1:  Access Quick Start

Open a Report
Access Quick start by typing "Quick Start" into the Address Bar and clicking the "Go" button.
  Step 2:  Opening Lessons

Open a Report
On the Quick Start screen, you'll be directed to the first quick start lesson on America Online® (AOL). Single-click the button marked "Click here" to start the lesson.
  Step 3:  Navigating the Lessons

Open a Report
Each lesson covers one of AOL's basic features (searching the Internet, e-mail, etc.). Single-click the arrows provided to scroll through the lessons. Some lessons don't have arrows, and just ask you to double-click on a selection of articles.
  Step 4:   Jumping to New Lessons

Open a Report
AOL offers a selection of four lessons at the bottom of the Quick Start screen. Lesson 1 explains searching the Internet; Lesson 2 sending e-mail; Lesson 3 using the Instant Messenger; and Lesson 4 using Keywords. Single-click on the number you want and the lesson will open.
