  Step 1:  Go to the QuickBooks Website

Open a Report
Click on the link in this tutorial, or enter http://www.quickbooks.com in the location area of your web browser, and you will be transported to the QuickBooks website. You'll be able to click "Back" when you're ready to return to this window, or you can right-click on the link and ask to open the link in a new window, leaving this window intact.
  Step 2:  Choose E-Marketing Option

Open a Report
Click the E-Marketing option on the right side of the QuickBooks screen. A new screen will appear presenting instructions for your web site creation.
  Step 3:  Choose Direct Mail Service

Open a Report
Click on the Direct Mail Service option near the bottom of the screen to see a detailed description of what this service provides.
  Step 4:  Get Started with ELetter

Open a Report
After reading about the program, click the "Sign up today" option to begin your ELetter experience. You will be given the opportunity to choose between letters, postcards, flyers, and booklets, all of which ELetter will help you design. The ELetter service costs less than regular first class mail, and the people at ELetter will print and assemble your mailing for you.
