  Step 1:  Security Options

Open a Report
This tutorial will guide you to recognize and select Security Options. To open the Options window, select Tools>Options and click on the Security Tab. You will see two main sections, Security Zones and Secure Mail.
  Step 2:  Security Zones

Open a Report
In the Security Zones section you will see checkboxes that will allow you to select various security options. To select an item, click to check the desired box. The Internet zones option is less secured, but more functional. This option should be selected over the Restricted sites zone option. Security zone settings help determine whether active content can be run in received HTML messages.
  Step 3:  Secure Mail

Open a Report
The Secure Mail section has information on digital ID's, How To instructions on how to get a digital ID, and more. Notice the two radio buttons on the bottom. If you check either of the options without first establishing a digital ID, you will be encrypting information that cannot be verified.
