  Step 1:  Cascade Windows

Open a Report
When you have multiple applications (windows) open, you may want to arrange them such that you can see all or part of each window. You can use the taskbar to arrange the onscreen windows. Cascading the windows stacks them so that each window title bar is visible (shown in the illustration above). To cascade the application windows, right-click the taskbar and click Cascade Windows.
  Step 2:  Tile Windows Horizontally

Open a Report
Tiling arranges the open windows so that they fill the screen either top to bottom (horizontal tiling), as shown in this illustration, or left to right (vertical tiling). To tile windows horizontally, right-click the taskbar and click Tile Windows Horizontally.
  Step 3:  Tile Windows Vertically

Open a Report
To tile windows vertically, right-click the taskbar and click Tile Windows Vertically.
  Step 4:  Minimize All Applications

Open a Report
To minimize all the applications to buttons on the taskbar simultaneously, right-click the taskbar and click Minimize All Windows.
