Designed for smaller groups, these systems usually have all the components assembled into a movable cart. This way the whole unit can easily be moved from one location to another as needed.

Generally you'll find multi-point systems used within large corporations or specialized Video Suites. They allow independent locations to participate in the conference simultaneously. Either all participants can see one site at a time or screens may be segmented.
