Step 1:  Setup Web Based Email

Open a Report
By setting up a Web based email account, you will be able to access your email from abroad. To setup an account, visit one of the many free email service providers on the Internet. Two of the largest are: www.hotmail.com and www.yahoo.com.
Step 2:  Find Your Email Server

Open a Report
In your browsers task bar, scroll down to user preferences and select mail identity. When this window opens, you should find your mail servers identity. Frequently this is in the form of www.mail.******.com, where the asterisks are your mail servers location.
  Step 3:  Enter the Information

Open a Report
For this step, you will need to begin by visiting your web based email account. Select POP email and follow the directions given for setting up this service. You will be asked to provide your user name, mail server identity and mail server password for this account. Your mail server password is the password that you use to access your email on your home computer.
  Step 4:  Check POP Email

Open a Report
When you have finished setting up your POP access, click on "check POP email". You will then receive any new messages from your email account. This will work only for new messages; messages that have already been received on your POP account will not be forwarded.
