Narrow down your selection to a comfortable number you would like to contact for interview. Keep in mind that the process is time consuming. Choose only those that you feel would compliment your business and bring the necessary qualifications to the job.
  Step 4:  Contacting Candidates

Send each short listed candidate an introductory email detailing the time, location and length of the interview. It is important within your email to ask the candidate to confirm acceptance of the interview, either by email or phone.
