  Step 1:  Selecting File

Open a Report
Select ASP or HTML file from the Project Explorer.
  Step 2:  Opening Dialog

Open a Report
Click and open the "Edit" menu and select "Apply Theme and Layout." This will display Apply Theme and Layout dialog box.
  Step 3:  Selecting Option

Open a Report
Switch to the "Layout" tab and select the option "Apply Theme and Layout."
  Step 4:  Selecting New Layout

Open a Report
From the list of available layouts select "Bottom 1" and click "OK." This will apply the selected layout to the current file.
  Step 5:  Viewing Changes

Open a Report
Open the file in Design editor and view changes.
