Laying Out a Project

  Step 1:  Selecting Project

Open a Report
In Project Explorer, select the project name on which you want to layout.
  Step 2:  Opening Property Pages

Open a Report
Click and open the "View" menu then select "Property Pages." This will open property pages for the currently selected project.
  Step 3:  Selecting Appearance Tab

Open a Report
On Property Pages, click on the "Appearance" tab. This page displays information about the currently selected themes and layout for your project.
  Step 4:  Changing Layout

Open a Report
Click on the "Change" button, this will display an "Apply Theme and Layout" dialog box. Click on the "Layout" tab and select option an "Apply Layout and Theme."
  Step 5:  Selecting New Layout

Open a Report
From the list of available layouts select "Top and Bottom 1" and click "OK."
  Step 6:  Viewing New Files Added

Open a Report
This will add a number of files to your current project as you can see in Project Explorer.
