  Step 1:  Finding the Way

Open a Report
Locate the Contents Sheet the same we found the Answer Wizard and the Index Sheet, click Help on the Standard toolbar, and scroll down to Microsoft PowerPoint Help and click.
  Step 2:  Opening the Contents Sheet

Open a Report
The Microsoft PowerPoint Help box appears. Click the Contents tab.
  Step 3:  Searching Contents

Open a Report
Use the Contents Sheet when you know the general category of a topic but not details. Double click on Installing and Removing PowerPoint from the Contents menu.
  Step 4:  Launching Subtopic

Open a Report
? Install or remove individual components appears, double click now to display help on the subtopic.
  Step 5:  Viewing Subtopic Help

Open a Report
View the information on the right side of the Contents Help page and observe it provides help on the subtopic ?Install or remove individual components.
