Introducing Visual Basic
Step 1: Starting with a Macro
Click Tools and scroll to Macro. Enter a name for your new macro.
Step 2: Starting the VB Editor
Click Create to start Visual Basic editor.
Step 3: Start Keying
Click and begin keying your steps.
Step 4: Entering a Procedure
Key something simple for your first time. This procedure tells PowerPoint to select the clipart and cut it.
Step 5: Run your Macro
Click Tools and scroll to Macro. Key the macro name and click Run. That's it!
