  Step 1:  Open Mail Window

Open a Report
Click the mail window icon represented by a picture of an envelope and located in the lower-right hand corner of the browser window.
  Step 2:  Access the Address Book

Open a Report
Select Communicator located on the menu across the top of the mail-viewing window. Select Address Book from the resulting drop-down menu.
  Step 3:  Create a New Card

Open a Report
Click the New Card button located on the toolbar at the top of the address book window to open a blank address book card.
  Step 4:  Fill Out the Card

Open a Report
Type the name, e-mail address, nickname, and contact information of the individual whom you would like added to your address book in the appropriately labeled fields. Once you have filled out the card with all of the relevant information, click the OK button and that person will be added to your address book.
