  Step 1:  Open Mail Window

Open a Report
Click the mail window icon represented by a picture of an envelope and located in the lower-right hand corner of the browser window.
  Step 2:  Open New Message Window

Open a Report
Click the New Msg button located on the left end of the toolbar at the top of the mail-viewing window.
  Step 3:  Access Mail Options

Open a Report
Click the Options button located in the center of the toolbar at the top of the new message window. This will allow you to alter the message using the options menu.
  Step 4:  Set the Message Priority

Open a Report
Use the Priority pull down menu located near the bottom-right corner of the options menu to choose the priority with which you want to send your e-mail message. Then, compose your e-mail message just as you normally would, and click the Send button.
