  Step 1:  Select Glossary of Terms

Open a Report
To open the glossary, select Glossary of Terms from the Help pull down menu.
  Step 2:  Open Glossary

Open a Report
Selecting Glossary of Terms inexplicably opens the Help Contents window. However, you can reach the glossary from here by selecting the Glossary button in the top of the window.
  Step 3:  Select a Term

Open a Report
Scroll through the list of available terms, and click on a term to select it. This will automatically open a box with the selected term and its definition.
  Step 4:  Close Term & Glossary

Open a Report
After reading the selected term, select the definition or the Glossary window again to close the definition. Select the "X" in the top corner of the Glossary Window to close the Glossary.
