  Step 1:  Open Export Plan Menu

Open a Report
The first thing you will need is to save the file as rich text format. Select File>Export>Export Plan to open the export window. See the previous tutorial, Exporting Your Plan, for more detailed instructions.
  Step 2:  Export Plan

Open a Report
Select the Export Button to open the Save As window.
  Step 3:  Save as Rich Text Format

Open a Report
Choose a name for your file and a directory to save in, and select the Save button.
  Step 4:  Attach the File to Email

Open a Report
Open your email program and attach the file to your message. The screen may look different than the example depending on your email program. Typically, there is a button that says Attach or Attachment. Then you simply select the file you just saved and select OK. For assistance with specific email software applications, consult the help section of your specific application.
