  Step 1:  Defining Averaging

Open a Report
Averaging reduces the difference between a pixel and its neighbors, giving an image a soft, blurry look. First select an image you want to use, and open it in FlipAlbum's Image editor.
  Step 2:  Open Image Processing

Open a Report
From the Image editor, select the Image Processing button. It looks like a small square filled with different colors.
  Step 3:  Choose Averaging

Open a Report
The Image Processing window opens. Click on the Average tab.
Step 4:  Using the Scroll Bar

Open a Report
Move the scroll bar to the right to manipulate the image. The more you move the bar, the greater the area of averaged pixels becomes. The picture becomes blurrier as the bar is moved to the right.
