Adding Noise

  Step 1:  Opening Image Processing

Open a Report
From FlipAlbum's Image editor, select the Image Processing button. It looks like a small square filled with different colors.
  Step 2:  Choose Add Noise

Open a Report
When the Image Processing window appears, select the Add Noise tab.
  Step 3:  Select a Color

Open a Report
Adding noise to an image splashes a fine layer of color over the image. Select what color you want spread over the image by clicking in one of the color buttons.
  Step 4:  Using the Scroll Bar

Open a Report
Now add the color to the image by moving the scroll bar to the right. The further right you move the bar, the greater the amount of color that speckles the image.
